Communi-T runs uniquely on Microsoft .Net platforms in order to leverage on security and scalability.

Microsoft Internet Information Server must be properly configured on the target system where the demo is to be installed.

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higherStandard, Enterprise or Express versions of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher must be available to Communi-T during setup time.
A user with sufficient privileges via named pipes (DBO) in order to create the Communi-T Database is required at setup time.
During the installation process, Communi-T will prompt the user for a database location. If no remote DB is available, a local version of Microsoft SQL Express can be installed. The tool can be found at the link below:
Make sure to download the configuration tools in order to properly configure the SQL DB.
Minimum Communi-T SQL RequirementsIt is best practice to create an SQL Communi-T user with DBO prior running the Communi-T Installer with DBO privileges.
Once the installer has completed, limiting the user to read/write will be sufficient for Communi-T to properly function.
Important Note: The Communi-T SQL user’s password cannot be changed once the Communi-T installer has completed as the username/ password is encrypted in the Communi-T application. If a need to change the SQL Communi-T User and Password, Communi-T will either need to be re-installed or the encryption string re-initiated. Please contact Communi-T Client Care for more information on how to proceed.
Access to your SAP instanceCommuni-T will connect to your SAP instance using whichever SAP named user you have entered during the installation process.
This user / password can be easily changed at any time after the installation is completed.
Access to the InternetIn order to activate the product through the Installer automated process, access to the Internet will be required. If access is not available, you will need to call our support team via our toll-free number in order to obtain a valid demo key.
