Maintenance and Support" program guarantees that you have the
most up-to-date software version running in your environment
by entitling you to free software updates. No matter the
version update that is published, you are entitled to it free
of charge when you actively renew your maintenance program.
You also benefit by being a key
part of the development road map by signaling possible
improvements that we can bring to Communi-T allowing you to
share your wish lists that are evaluated during the
development cycle roadmap.
Also, any bug report or incident
of that nature is passed along to our development team and
entitles you to hot fixes when applicable. Our product
managers become available in the troubleshooting process and
act as intermediaries to our development teams.
representatives cover pre-sales questions, installation
issues, license activation, and troubleshooting unexpected
behavior related to documented features. It does not cover
consulting, product training, help resolving unusual
configurations, freeware products, or assistance with
developing scripts, templates, or search tasks.
Troubleshooting software issues requires that you have a valid
software maintenance plan and the latest maintenance updates
installed. If you need assistance that is not covered by our
